Scope of These Terms

These terms and conditions apply to all services on the 111 bat platform — including online betting, casino games, slots, live casino, and the mobile app. They form a legally binding agreement between the user and 111 bat.

111 bat reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time. Any changes take effect automatically once published on the website. It is each member's responsibility to check this page regularly.

Eligibility to Register

To use 111 bat's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
• You must hold a valid account in your own name, and all information provided must be true and accurate.
• You must ensure that online betting and gaming is not legally prohibited in the country or region from which you are accessing the service.
• Each person may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Registration Rules

When registering an account on 111 bat, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. 111 bat reserves the right to cancel any account created with false or incomplete information.

• The name, mobile number, and payment account details provided at registration must all belong to the same person.
• 111 bat may request a national ID card or other identity documents at any time for account verification purposes.

Password and Security

Keeping your account secure is your own responsibility. 111 bat will never ask for your password or OTP by phone or email. If anyone requests such information, treat it as fraudulent.

Payment Rules

Payment methods currently accepted at 111 bat: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other scheduled banks).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (for each payment method).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method registered on the account.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

Welcome Bonus Terms

111 bat offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. Before the bonus can be claimed and any winnings from it withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.

For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus, a total of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered.

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be claimed once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned from the bonus may be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is met.
• If any fraudulent activity related to the bonus is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.
• 111 bat reserves the right to change, cancel, or add new conditions to promotional offers at any time.

VIP Weekly Cashback

Each tier of the 111 bat VIP programme comes with a weekly cashback. Cashback is calculated at a set rate on the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings):

• Bronze tier: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver tier: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold tier: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum tier: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond tier: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.

General Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all members participating in slots, live casino, cricket betting, and other games on 111 bat:

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, except in the case of a technical error.
• If a technical error causes funds to be credited incorrectly or winnings to be displayed inaccurately, 111 bat reserves the right to correct the error.
• The terms and conditions of game service providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, and Evolution) may also apply.
• If a sports match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to 111 bat's set rules.
• For multi-bets, all selections must win; if any one selection loses, the entire bet is lost.

Odds and Betting Example

An example to illustrate how betting results work: Team A at 1.45 and Team B at 2.75 in a limited-overs cricket match. A ৳1,000 bet on Team B returns ৳2,750 if Team B wins (৳1,750 profit); if Team A wins, ৳1,000 is lost. This is an example only — live odds change constantly.

What Is Strictly Prohibited

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 111 bat platform and will result in immediate account closure:

• Operating more than one account under the same person's name.
• Opening accounts under multiple identities in order to claim bonus benefits.
• Placing bets or playing games using automated software, bots, or any kind of script.
• Accessing another person's account or sharing account credentials with others.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Participating in match fixing or any fraudulent betting activity.
• Attempting unauthorised access to or hacking of the platform's systems.

Circumstances for Account Closure

111 bat may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• A breach of the terms and conditions is established.
• Information provided is found to be false or misleading.
• The user fails to cooperate with account verification.
• Required by an order or investigation from the relevant authorities.

Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion is also available under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed for reasons other than a rule violation and a valid balance remains, 111 bat will return the remaining funds after completing the verification process. Balances in accounts closed due to fraudulent activity may be forfeited.

Disclaimer of Liability

111 bat will not be liable for any losses arising from the following situations:

• Losses resulting from a user's own negligence or sharing account credentials with others.
